若者の間で「ケンカ賭博」という危険な賭けが流行っていた。噂によるとラグナレク第七拳豪トールという人物が賭けを取り仕切っているという。新島から話を聞くものの、争いごとになりかねない行動には躊躇するよりほかにないケンイチ。とはいえ、悪いことはやはり放ってはおけない！ケンイチはいよいよケンカ賭博の現場へと向かう。するとそこには、第七拳豪トールの姿が…。ケンカ賭博をやめるように切り出すケンイチ、しかし、トールはとんでもない条件を突きつけてくる！
